TunerStack Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: August 4, 2026

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your TunerStack account at any time through the privacy request form or by email.

How to submit a request

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your TunerStack account.
  2. Use the subject TunerStack Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email and company or tenant name. Do not send passwords, social-provider access tokens, private keys, or payment-card details.
  4. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester controls the account.
Response time: We will confirm receipt and complete a verified deletion request within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Disconnect Google or Facebook

You can also remove TunerStack from the connected-app settings in your Google or Facebook account. Disconnecting stops future social sign-in access, but it does not by itself delete records that TunerStack must retain. Send the deletion request above if you want the associated TunerStack personal data removed.

What will be deleted

After identity and account-scope verification, we delete or anonymize social identity links, profile data, active sessions, and other personal data that is not required for a lawful retention purpose. When an account belongs to a business tenant, we coordinate deletion with the authorized tenant owner where needed to protect other users and business records.

Limited retention

We may retain records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable period ends. Backups are overwritten according to their normal retention cycle.
