TunerStack Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how YGT Labs AI LLC ("YGT Labs", "TunerStack", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use TunerStack websites, portals, desktop applications, support services, and related products.
1. Data controller
YGT Labs AI LLC is the controller of personal data processed for TunerStack. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the privacy request form.
2. Data we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, company or tenant information, account role, and authentication records.
- Google and Facebook sign-in data: provider account identifier, name, profile image, email address, and email-verification status made available through the permissions you approve. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.
- Product and transaction data: service requests, uploaded vehicle or ECU files, support messages, order records, invoices, credits, and related activity.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic logs, security events, and cookie or session identifiers.
- Communications: messages and attachments you send to support or through product communication features.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide TunerStack services, complete requested transactions, support customers, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit records, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases may include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
4. Social sign-in
Google and Facebook sign-in is optional. When you choose it, the provider sends only the approved profile fields to TunerStack. We use those fields to authenticate you, link the provider identity to the correct TunerStack tenant account, and protect against account takeover. We do not use social sign-in data for advertising and we do not post to your social account.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum data necessary with hosting, infrastructure, payment, email, support, security, analytics, and authentication providers that help us operate TunerStack. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain account and product data while an account is active and for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax and accounting duties, and maintain security records. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, tenant separation, monitoring, and restricted credential storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
TunerStack and its service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also disconnect TunerStack in your Google or Facebook account settings. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Children
TunerStack is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
