TunerStack Terms of Service

Effective date: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to TunerStack products and services provided by YGT Labs AI LLC. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a service, or using TunerStack, you agree to these terms.

1. Business accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. A tenant owner is responsible for users invited to its business workspace and for assigning appropriate roles.

2. Permitted use

You may use TunerStack only for lawful automotive calibration, diagnostics, file-management, and related business purposes. You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other tenants, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use TunerStack to violate third-party rights.

3. Customer content

You retain rights in files and information you submit. You grant YGT Labs AI LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and return that content to provide and secure the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit the content.

4. Fees and credits

Prices, credits, taxes, payment terms, and any refund conditions shown at purchase apply to the transaction. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed digital services and consumed credits are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

TunerStack software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and service content are owned by YGT Labs AI LLC or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription or service period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep TunerStack reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update, secure, or modify the service and may suspend access when necessary to address security, legal, payment, or material misuse concerns.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunerStack is provided on an "as available" basis. You are responsible for validating calibration outputs and ensuring that vehicle work complies with applicable safety, emissions, warranty, and road-use requirements. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, or a security threat. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
